1.Which countries can the order be shipped to?

2.Is customs duties required?

All orders do not need to pay customs duties.

3. When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped within 12 hours after purchase(business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

4. My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! Or contact us for more help~

5. Why is my order unfulfilled?

No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!

6. My international tracking is not updating.

We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time and still has not been delivered, if the latest update of the logistics information is within one week, please wait patiently for 1~5 working days, and it will be delivered soon. If the update of logistics information has been stopped for more than a week. Do not hesitate! please contact us for more information. 

7.Delivery and Delays

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
We will estimate the delivery time of the current order based on the delivery timeliness of the previous month. The estimated delivery time of the order will be displayed at the time of purchase.(The delivery times are estimated and yo-gogo make no promises about delivery times.)

Please note that the order may be affected by uncertain factors such as customs, natural disasters, local logistics transportation, or strikes at any time, resulting in delivery delays.

If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please wait patiently for 3~5 working days, it should be delivered soon. If the delay has exceeded the estimated delivery time by one week, please contact us for more information and help.

Of course, we will not let customers wait endlessly. If the order is seriously delayed, we will compensate the order in accordance with the following terms. Please contact us for compensation after you finally receive the product.


For delayed orders with free shipping:

Delay 10-20 days Get a 10% refund.
Delay 20-30 days Get a 20% refund.
Delay 30-40 days Get a 50% refund.
Delay more than 45 days Get a 100% refund.


For delayed orders that pay for shipping:

Exceeding the delivery time: 3 times shipping fee refund.
Delay 10-20 days Get a 10% refund.
Delay 20-30 days Get a 30% refund.
Delay 30-40 days Get a 50% refund.
Delay more than 45 days Get a 100% refund.


Reminder: If the buyer’s delivery address is not clear, the delivery address is unsafe, no one is at home or the local courier cannot successfully deliver the order and other reasons, the delivery fails, the order will be stayed in the logistics provider’s warehouse or be Return to our headquarters. These orders do not meet the above compensation regulations.
