All YO-GOGO® products carry a 180-day quality-related issues warranty, effective from the date of order delivery.

The warranty rules are as follows:
#1: Within 30 days from product delivery, if the product has related quality problems, buyers can return the product to replace the new product. For quality-related issues, we will bear all shipping costs incurred during the return and exchange process.

#2: Within 30~120 days from product delivery, if the product has related quality problems, we will provide parts or repair services free of charge. For product failures that cause the main functions of the product to be unavailable, we will replace it with a new product free of charge according to the actual situation. Buyers need to pay the shipping cost of product return(If the product does not need to be returned, only pay the shipping cost for replacement parts.), and we will pay for the shipping cost of sending out the new product.

#3: Within 120~180 days from product delivery, if the product has related quality problems, we will provide parts or repair services free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired successfully, we will replace it with a new product free of charge .Buyers need to pay two-way shipping costs for product repair or replacement.

Tip: The above warranty policy are limited to products that are not damaged by humans.
